It won't let me request a book.
To log into system, you need your I-Card and the 14 digit
Library # that begins with 2141. If you are having problems,
contact the Circulation
Desk, 217-206-6605 or lib-circ@uis.edu. (See also Requesting
Books in PrairieCat)
If you got logged in fine but it will not let you request
a particular book, double-check that the book is not in
Reference or another non-circulating collection. Or contact
the Information
Desk.
Library Databases
I can't get into the database.
It is asking for your NetID/password, which is the same username/password you use to register for classes, access UIS email account, and access Blackboard.

when you are initially trying to get into the database,
