Government Information Online - General Resources for All Subjects

Logo for GPO Depository Library

A Project of Blackburn College and University of Illinois at Springfield

Note: Many links are using the Government Printing Office's PURLs, or Persistent Uniform Resource Locators, rather than direct links to the federal agencies. This improves the links accuracy, in case the publication was moved to a different URL. However, it does take an extra few seconds to retrieve the website.

Portals & Websites

A lot of the Federal Government's publications are available online. Over 90% of the publications disseminated are on the Internet. However, these are current publications, usually not older than 1995.
